What is the Karta Krakowska app?
The Karta Krakowska app is a mobile application for the purchase of a ticket for public transport in Kraków, which will be used for the validation of the user's identity and the receipt of the payment. The app also allows you to submit an application for a new card or to change the current status of your existing card.
The app displays only the tickets purchased in the mobile version of the Karta Krakowska program.
How does it work?
If you want to purchase a ticket for public transport, you will need to provide the phone number of the person whose card you want to purchase. After the purchase, you will be presented with the receipt, which you need to show to the driver of the public transport vehicle.
